• Milestone Updates: To ensure the final result aligns with your expectations, we will proactively send high-resolution photos or short videos to your email at three key milestones: Materials secured (base casting and parts procured and verified); Core processes completed (body painting and decal application finished, prior to final assembly); Ready to ship (final assembly completed, prior to packaging in the display case).
• Approval Timeframe: Please provide your confirmation reply within 48 hours of receiving our milestone update emails. If we do not receive any modification requests within this period, our system will assume you are completely satisfied with the current progress, and the studio will directly proceed to the next step to maintain overall schedule efficiency.
• Strict No-Modification Policy: Please note that once a project enters irreversible stages such as paint stripping, cutting, or sanding, we strictly refuse any design changes (including but not limited to changing paint colors or widebody kit styles). If a client forces a design change under special circumstances, all prior material and labor costs will be forfeited; the client must pay the difference for the rework, and the production timeline will be reset.

• Final Visual Review: Once the custom model is fully assembled and the paint is completely cured, we will send multi-angle high-resolution photos and videos showcasing the paint gloss, intricate details, and final stance. If there are craftsmanship flaws that deviate from the initially confirmed plan, we will correct them; however, at this stage, we will no longer accept any new design requests or modifications that overturn the original plan. This is the final confirmation step before shipping.
• Invoice & Payment Link: After you provide written confirmation via email that the finished product meets your expectations, we will send the final invoice to your email through our system. This invoice will include the remaining 50% balance and the exactly calculated international shipping costs. • 48-Hour Payment Window: To ensure shipping efficiency and smooth warehouse operations, please complete the full payment within 48 hours of receiving the final invoice. Prompt payment ensures your package catches the earliest available dispatch flight.
• Overdue & Abandoned Order Policy: If special circumstances prevent timely payment, you must contact us within the 48-hour window to explain the situation. If payment is overdue and we receive no communication: The order will be temporarily frozen, and shipping procedures will halt. If the balance remains unpaid for more than 7 calendar days from the invoice issuance date, the order will be officially classified as an Abandoned Order. As a penalty for breach of contract, the studio will forfeit the entire deposit to cover material and labor costs and retains the absolute right to list the finished model for public resale.

Secure Packaging & Dispatch: Upon confirming receipt of your full balance and shipping fees, we will carefully package your order within 2 business days. To withstand the rigors of international transit, every model is securely fastened inside a dedicated acrylic display case using high-density shock-absorbing materials before being handed over to the international courier. Tracking Information: Once the package is handed over to the courier, our system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to your provided address, including the logistics provider's name and a real-time tracking number.
