Shipping Policy
At Leon Model, we are collectors too. We know that the condition of the box is just as important as the diecast car masterpiece inside. That's why we take shipping and packaging seriously.
Here is everything you need to know about how we get your models safely to your doorstep.
1. Processing Time, Packaging & Pre-Orders
Every order is thoroughly inspected for QC, and packed.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, customized (if you ordered rolling wheel modifications), and securely packed.
- The Collector's Guarantee: We use reinforced cartons and double-layered bubble wrap.
- Pre-Orders & Mixed Carts: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order models, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you need the in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.
2. Global Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide directly from our global transit hub in Hong Kong.
Once your order is dispatched, here are the estimated delivery times:
- North America (US, Canada): 7 - 12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6 - 10 business days
- Europe (EU Countries): 8 - 15 business days
- Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.): 10 - 18 business days
- Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days
(Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.)
3. Shipping Rates (Free Shipping Offer)
We keep it simple and transparent. No surprise fees at checkout.
- Standard Insured Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99 for all orders under $100.
- FREE Insured Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping worldwide on all orders over $100.
4. Taxes & Duties (Zero Surprise Fees)
You will NOT be hit with unexpected customs bills. For the vast majority of our shipping destinations (including the US, UK, EU, and North America), we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or value the packages under your local de minimis tax threshold. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
5. Remote Areas & Islands
While we strive to ship everywhere, certain remote regions, military addresses (APO/FPO), or isolated islands may experience longer transit times or, in rare cases, may not be serviceable by our standard couriers. If you live in a remote area, please contact us at official@leonmodel.com before placing your order, and we will find a custom shipping solution for you.
6. Order Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Once your masterpiece leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace its journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
7. What if my model arrives damaged?
While our bulletproof packaging prevents 99% of transit damage, couriers can sometimes be unpredictable. If your model or its display box arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged item, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right through a replacement or refund.
