Shipping Policy

1. Overview 

We ship internationally and focus on safe, reliable delivery for collectible model cars. This policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, tracked, and handled in rare cases of loss or damage.

All orders are shipped overseas via professional international freight forwarders. In most cases, customers do not need to handle customs clearance themselves. We aim to keep the process simple and worry-free.

If you have special requests such as reinforced packaging, signature confirmation, or additional insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing time (handling)

In-stock items
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, new releases, or high order volumes, processing may take up to 7–14 business days.

Preorders & backorders
Preorder items ship once stock arrives from the manufacturer or supplier. Estimated shipping windows are listed on the product page and may change due to production or logistics delays beyond our control.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, you may choose:

  • to ship available items first, or

  • to ship everything together once all items are ready.

If items are shipped separately, each shipment will be dispatched when ready and provided with its own tracking information.

3. International shipping & customs

All orders are shipped internationally using trusted freight forwarding partners.

In most destinations, customs clearance is handled by the logistics provider, and customers are not required to complete customs procedures themselves. This significantly reduces delivery friction compared to standard postal shipping.

Please note:

  • Import policies vary by country. In rare cases, local customs authorities may request additional information.

  • We cannot guarantee clearance speed, as customs processing is outside of our control.

If an order cannot be delivered due to local import restrictions, we will contact you before shipment.

4. Shipping cost & free shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping is offered on all products by default.

In rare cases—such as oversized items, remote destinations, or unexpected carrier surcharges—additional shipping fees may apply. If this occurs:

  • We will contact you by email before shipment

  • No additional charges will be applied without your confirmation

There are no hidden handling fees.

5. Packaging & protection

Every model is carefully inspected before packing.

We use a combination of:

  • protective wrapping (bubble wrap or foam),

  • inner cartons or manufacturer boxes,

  • and strong outer cartons designed for international transit.

Fragile, limited-edition, or high-value items are packed with extra reinforcement, and double-boxing is used when necessary.

Please keep all original packaging materials in case a shipping claim is required.

6. Combined shipping & multiple-item orders

We combine items into a single shipment whenever it is safe to do so. This reduces transit risk and improves delivery efficiency.

If items must be shipped separately—for example, due to preorder timing or storage location—this will be clearly reflected in the shipment notifications. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

7. Tracking & shipping notifications

Once your order has been dispatched and scanned by the carrier, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, especially for international freight-forwarded shipments. If you do not receive tracking information within the stated processing time, please contact us.

8. Lost or damaged shipments

Marked as delivered but not received
Please check with household members, neighbors, or local delivery points first. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item.

  2. Keep all packaging materials.

  3. Email us within 7 days of delivery.

After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair support, replacement (subject to availability), or refund.
